Zain Popatia is the active Broker of Lion Stone Realty Ltd. and is leading the brokerage into its next chapter. He works across residential, rural and commercial real estate and property management, giving clients one consistent point of contact across a wide range of real estate needs.

Zain is known for a calm, organized and straightforward style. He believes clients should understand what is happening, why it matters and what the next step is. His role is to bring structure to the process, protect the client's interests and help people make decisions with confidence.
