Every commercial engagement is different. Before taking on a property, we review the existing leases, current tenancies, service arrangements and reporting expectations. We then define the scope clearly in the management agreement so the owner knows what is included and how communication and approvals will work.

Helping the owner plan ahead for lease expiries and, where separately agreed, supporting leasing activity.

Owner reporting:

Providing organized updates and financial information in the format agreed with the owner.
